Plitvice Lakes (Plitvička jezera)

Plitvice lakes represent the magical world of 16 lakes that are connected with 92 waterfalls and numerous travertine barriers. Lakes over 4000 years old, supplied by water from karst's springs are in a constant biodynamic process. Plitvice lakes are diversifying and autochthonic world of flora and fauna, 14 unique limestone caves and 6 travertine caves. In 1979 UNESCO has declared National Park “Plitvička jezera” as world's natural heritage. This nature's own miracle astonishes every visitor and allures him to come back. The lake system is divided into the upper lakes and the lower lakes.

Korčula

Korčula is a small fortified medieval town situated on the north-east side of Korčula island, facing the Pelješac peninsula. The island is situated in the southern part of the Croatian Adriatic. Korčula is a popular tourist destination, with a rich cultural and natural heritage attracting visitors from around the world. According to some biographers, Korčula is the birth town of a famous Venetian merchant traveler Marco Polo, although there is no proof to such claim. Motovun

Motovun is a well preserved small medieval town situated in the inland of the Istrian peninsula. It is located on top of the steep hill 270m above the sea level. Motovun is an ideal destination for a trip to the inland of Istria. It can be reached within less than an hour drive from the major coastal tourist destinations in Istria.
