Pag is the island in Northern Dalmatia region of Croatian Adriatic, located soth from the island of Rab and north from the city of Zadar which is the regional center. Pag island is connected to the mainland by a ferry line Prizna - Žigljen on the north-eastern part of the island and the Pag bridge on the southern part of the island. Main settlements on the island are Pag, Novalja, Stara Novalja, Lun and Caska.
Pag island is a very popular destination among younger travelers, especially Novalja and Zrće beach, often referred to as Croatian Ibiza. Novalja is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. Zrce is one of the most popular beaches in Croatia, offering its guests 24/7 party time in three famous beach clubs, Aquarius, Calypso and Papaya, which are open around the clock during the summer.
Pag island is well known for its very quality Pag salt, Pag lamb, Pag cheese (Paški sir) and Pag lace.
